Pick up, removal, and disposal of the 2000 Series (2K) of WMATA¿s railcar vehicles as they are identified for decommissioning and disposal over a three (3) year Period of Performance (POP). This contract will contain a reimbursable component/scrap allowance for the empty weight (see chart below) of aluminum car body to be credited to the Authority for the scrap value of each disposed railcar.
