IFB-9246 - Settlers Cabin Trail Improvements

Project Description: Allegheny County is looking for a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment required to construct an 8’-wide asphalt pavement ADA-compliant trail along Papoose and TeePe Drives. The trail is nearly 1-mile long and includes: stormwater management measures such as storm pipe and inlets, swales, a rain garden and infiltration berms; concrete flatwork and curbs; trail surface aggregate paving; low sandstone retaining walls; parking lot improvements and asphalt paving; landscaping, including meadow and lawn seed mixes, tree and container plantings; benches and other seating amenities; the relocation of a 6” waterline and other water line connections.
