Family & Children's Aid is seeking qualified professionals to provide renovations to the New Milford site located at 325 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. The renovations will include the reconfiguration of office space to create 6 new clinical offices, 2 ADA-compliant bathrooms, 2 AC unit acquisitions and installations, expansion of the facility entrance, and construction of an elevator tower and enclosure. A pre-bid mandatory walk through will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the project site located at 325 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. A bid package will only be provided at the walk through. Bids for the project must be received by Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM to the main office of Family & Children’s Aid located at 80 West St, Danbury, CT 06810.
