The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking proposals for a Consultant to provide facilitation services related to the formation and establishment of a new fund, tentatively named the Pioneer Valley Fund. This fund will be a new community-based, professionally managed fund in the Pioneer Valley region of Western Massachusetts, focused on serving women- and minority-owned micro and small businesses. PVPC contemplates that the facilitation services will be delivered over the course of a 12-month period starting in approximately October 2025.

A more detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) is available through the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. Please contact Sue Ortiz at sortiz@pvpc.org for a copy of the RFP. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below. The PVPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority.

Completed proposals are to be submitted to the PVPC no later than 1:00 PM, Monday September 29, 2025.
