The City of Woodstock (the “City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and firms to update, rewrite and modernize the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).  T he City recently updated and adopted a new Comprehensive Plan (August 2024) and is seeking to develop a user-friendly UDO that aligns with the updated Comprehensive Plan and promotes clarity, consistency, and predictability in the land development process.  Qualified consultants and firms must have expertise in municipal planning and zoning, including experience in drafting and updating zoning, subdivision, sign, storm water, parking and other typical development code regulations.
