On behalf of the Capital Region Development Authority, Oak View Group ("OVG") is seeking proposals from manufacturers and/or suppliers of walk-thru metal detectors interested in supplying new units for the PeoplesBank Arena. Formerly known as the XL Center/Hartford Civic Center, the Arena is an approximately 16,000 seat venue that serves as host to the Hartford Wolf Pack, UConn Men's ice hockey and UConn Men's and Women's basketball. In addition, the facility hosts a variety of concerts, family shows, consumer events and trade shows. Additional information on the arena can be found at www.peoplesbankarena.com.
