Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the procedures established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners ("NAIC") Financial Analysis Handbook , the NAIC Accounting Practices & Procedures Manual, the NAIC Accreditation Manual and the NAIC Company Licensing Best Practices Handbook.
