The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding enterprise email communication platforms to support high-volume, secure, and accessible outreach to constituents. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather details on vendor capabilities, features, compliance, scalability, and support for public-sector environments.

The information collected through this RFI will help inform future procurement decisions and guide potential contract requirements.
