Project Description: Louisville Metro Government "Metro" and Air Pollution Control District "APCD" are seeking solicitations from experience firms to provide assistance to APCD staff in continuing to promote and demonstrate throughout Kentuckiana awareness of and use of alternatives to single-occupant vehicles (such as but not limited to public transit, ridesharing, and bicycle commuting) and support efforts to voluntarily reduce air pollution, such as Idle Free Louisville. Pollution reduction efforts will emphasize public education and engagement to encourage actions to reduce harmful ground-level ozone and particulate matter.
