The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements for crushing asphalt and concrete/stone stockpiles for the Town of Kittery.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Contractor’s name and “Crushing of Asphalt and Concrete/Stone Stockpiles” on the outside. Electronic submission of bids via email will not be accepted.

Bids shall consist of Two (2) copies of the following:

  1. Signed General Bid Form
  2. Names and contact information of two (2) entities for which the Contractor has successfully supplied similar services.

Each bid shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

DEADLINE: October 22, 2025 at 10 AM

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
