The City of Woodstock, Illinois is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Sheriff’s House Access Corridor & Restroom Reconfiguration Project, located at 101 N. Johnson Street, Woodstock, Illinois.
Work includes modifications to portions of the first floor to create an improved public access route to the restaurant tenant space, reconfigure restroom areas, and update supporting building systems, including associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work.
Bid documents will be available beginning January 15, 2026.
Bids must be received no later than: Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time)

This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and all bidders/contractors shall comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements.
