Solicitation Summary
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) State Highway Administration (SHA) is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems preventative maintenance, service repairs and emergency services for the equipment and systems at the ITS Division Facility located at 5901 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228, in Baltimore County. Lump Sum prices are requested for quarterly preventative maintenance work in addition to time & material prices for on-call service repairs and emergency services as indicated on the attached bid sheet.

Pre-Bid Conference Details
A pre bid site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time at 5901 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228. While this is not a mandatory pre-bid meeting, it is the responsibility of each potential contractor to attend and/or understand the requirements of the contract. It is expected that the awarded vendor will comply with all guidelines, specifications and duties outlined in the contract if awarded without a walk-through. See Section 4.3 for additional details.
