Solicitation Summary
This project consists of the furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary (JPPM will furnish paper products and supplies at individual locations) to twice weekly clean the bathrooms defined in specifications (JPPM JANITORIAL SERVICES FY25) at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or email their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date.

Cost to perform the initial bathroom cleaning as described in the specifications.

Cost to perform the weekly cost for cleaning as described in the specifications from notice to proceed until the completion of 30 weeks.

Offerors must submit a proposal by email and be received no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2025. Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.

Ther proposal package must be submitted according to Section III, "Bid Submission Packet", and must include:
