REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Professional Asbestos Identification Services
The City of Hazelwood has been working with state and federal agencies to develop and
implement programs designed to help homeowners and tenants who experienced damage
from flooding in July 2022.
The City of Hazelwood must procure a Missouri Department of Natural Resources
licensed asbestos inspector to complete asbestos inspections and provide a report on the
findings for up to 10 single-family residential structures. The City of Hazelwood reserves
the right to reject any and all proposals.
Please provide letterhead proposals to the City of Hazelwood at 115 Ford Lane,
Hazelwood, MO 63042 or via email to mmmiller@hazelwoodmo.org. The proposals
should include a unit price per structure and must be received no later than 10:00 AM on
Monday, June 8th, 2026. Interested parties must specify the timeframe in which the
inspections and reports will be completed. The timeframe for completion of services will
be a consideration in evaluating proposals.
