Project Specific Details:Monticello Academy, located in West Point, Utah, is seeking architectural services for an approx. 13,000sf expansion of its existing elementary school facility to accommodate a new Junior High Program. The planned addition will include approximately 14 classrooms, necessary restrooms, up to four administrative offices, and supporting storage areas. The goal is to seamlessly integrate the new program within the existing campus while meeting the functional and educational needs of junior high students.
Project Budget:$4,750,000.00
