Description

Provide a new roofing membrane and sloped insulation.

Associated sheet metal work includes removal and new installation of metal flashings at parapets, roof divider curbs, cap flashings and repair or alteration

of existing ductwork and mechanical screens. Remove and replace joint sealant and joint filler. Some rough carpentry work. See Scope of Work for additional services details
