Project Description: WASD is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for parking lot improvements at Silver Sage Elementary School located at 7700 W. Snohomish St., Boise, ID 83709. This Invitation to Bid is for phase 1 of a multi-phased project. The next phases could overlap each other, and/or overlap phase 1. The next phases are scheduled to take place during the summer months. Phase 1 will include full replacement of existing asphalt pavement parking lot, construction of new asphalt pavement, drainage facilities, drainage piping, concrete curb and sidewalk, and other minor improvements.
