CITY OF STONE MOUNTAIN RFQ/RFP FOR PROFESSIONAL MUNICIPAL FINACIAL ADVISOR

The City of Stone Mountain is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced
professional financial advisory firms to assist the City in evaluating strategic financial
opportunities, capital projects, land acquisition opportunities, economic development
initiatives, and long-term financial planning. Questions
All questions regarding this RFP/RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to City
Manager Miglena (Maggie) Dimov at mdimov@stonemountaincity.org, with a copy to
City Clerk Shavala Ames at sames@stonemountaincity.org.
The deadline for submitting questions is Monday, July 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Eastern Time. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered or answered.
Submission Instructions
Proposals Deadline: Wednesday, July 15th at 12 PM (noon). Late submissions will not be
accepted.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to City Manager Miglena (Maggie)
Dimov at mdimov@stonemountaincity.org, with a copy to City Clerk Shavala Ames at
sames@stonemountaincity.org.
