Description:
USC is seeking architectural and engineering services for replacement of the roof membrane and associated flashing at the Wellness & Fitness Center. The project will also include replacement of the building soffit coating and joint sealants throughout, the professional services will include assessment of the column enclosures for repair or replacement.
