Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the referenced project:
Project Description: The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is seeking to design and construct a mobility hub at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. This hub will consist of a 1,750-car parking garage, 75 employee parking stalls, bus parking, a bus transit center, and other facilities to support the bus operation. Initial programming, basis of design, slope stability report, and preliminary geotechnical report have been completed. VCBO Architecture and team have been selected to provide the design.
Fixed Contract Price Limit $99,500,000.00
