The CTCF OIG House: Parole Office Renovation includes work in the base scope and work not in current contract, to be completed in the future. The project site is located at 123 Main St, Canon City, CO 81212, just to the north of the Colorado Territorial Correctional Facility. The project site is a former home that was already converted to an office. This project will bring the office up to Building Code and ADA standards. Following the full renovation of the property, a Parole Office will occupy the building.
