Request for Proposal for space in Regina Saskatchewan. The building requirements include an approximate Usable Area of 936.9 square metres (10,084.70 ft²) based on BOMA Usable Area standards, which should equate to an approximate Rentable Area of 1,029.60 square metres (11,082.51 ft²). This area consists of approximately 736.9 square metres (7,931.92 ft²) of office space and approximately 200 square metres (2,152.78 ft²) of storage space. Parking requirements include a total of 62 stalls, with a minimum of 22 stalls located within a secured compound adjacent to the building.
