Affordable Care Act Consulting Services RFP

The State of Connecticut (State), Office of the State Comptroller (Comptroller) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to entities interested in providing qualified services and software solutions associated with eligibility tracking, cost and risk modeling, unintended impact monitoring, compliance reporting and ongoing support (the Program) to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Sections 6055 and 6056. Through this RFP, the Comptroller intends to offer the selected bidder(s) a contract to provide services to participating employees in the Program under stipulated terms and conditions for a period of three years commencing May 1, 2027, and expiring April 30, 2030, after completion of the annual tax reporting for calendar year ending December 31, 2029.
