The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed qualifications for Engineering Services Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement for the City's Water Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed qualifications, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, October 30 , 2026 . General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein.
No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
