Description
The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for the purchase of two new fire engines (pumper/tankers). Specifications and requirements are detailed within the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Vendors must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope labeled ¿2025 Fire Engines.¿ Submittals must be hand-delivered or mailed to:

Deadline: February 17, 2025, by 5:00 PM
Emanuel County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive technicalities, and award based on the county¿s best interest, including consideration of delivery timeline.
Questions must be submitted to Courtney Terwilliger, County Public Safety Coordinator via email at cterwilliger@emanuelco-ga.gov by February 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
The tentative bid opening date is February 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
