The GWRC is soliciting proposals from licensed professional engineers to develop a Utility Infrastructure Plan (Plan) for the purposes of connecting 9105 Kings Highway, King George, VA 22485 to public sanitary sewer. The public sewer lines are currently located adjacent to the property in King George County. Existing project information is found in Attachment A.The deliverables for the awarded contract will be a Utility Infrastructure Plan that includes the design and bid documents for the abandonment of abandonment of one residential septicsystem, connection of one public sanitary sewer line.The completed plan must be submitted and approved by the King George County Public Service Authority.Written quotes must be submitted no later than August 15, 2025, at 02:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at 406 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or via e-mail to septicrelief@gwregion.org.
