Services are to be completed onsite at the New Hanover County Landfill at 5210 Hwy. 421 N., Wilmington, NC, as more fully described below under Section 3 - “Scope of Work”. Instructions for submitting Proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx .
