Summary

1. Attend a Mandatory Site Visit to evaluate layout and locations for the buildings on Tuesday April 22,2025 at 10 am at RCI 16149 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 4601. Please contact Bryan Parker bryan.parker@drc.ohio.gov if you have any questions.
2. Create Plans and Specifications (10’x16’ Building) and any improvements. Ensure compliance with the Department of Commerce and all applicable codes and regulations, address the procedural and documentation for removal/installation. Plans to include details for structural slab improvements, electrical service extension and possible architectural specifications. Plans also include the design of the foundations, slabs, anchors, and interior components.
3. Create Plans and Specifications (2 each 8’x8’ Building) and any improvements. Ensure compliance with the Department of Commerce and all applicable codes and regulations, address the procedural and documentation for removal/installation. Plans to include details for structural slab improvements, electrical service extension and possible architectural specifications.
4. Prepare documentation for the Department of Commerce for installation of the shacks. Meet all requirements with plans, compliance forms, and supplementary reports or data needed to secure approval.  RCI will be responsible for all Department of Commerce permit costs.
5. Participate in meetings and conference calls as necessary.
6. Construction Administration Services. Review shop drawing and request for information throughout the project. Clarify design related issues that arise during construction. Complete any necessary certifications to signal the completion of the project.
7. The electrical extension needs to be determined and permitted by the DOC, and connection to the source.
