Extended Construction Contract Time for Area 2 to 42 months. 3. Reduced Liquidated Damages. 4. Reduced DBE percent from 13% to 8%. 5. Removed conflicting specifications. NCDOT Specifications will be the leading specification. 6. Advanced Utility By Other construction and joint Owner utility coordination for construction. 7. Includes items for non-standard excavation and removal for example rock, cobble stone, and streetcar tracks. |
