Citywide Vehicle Cleaning, Detailing, and Decontamination Services

Project Description: The City of Charlotte, North Carolina (“the City”) is seeking one or more qualified Companies to provide basic washing, full cleaning, and decontamination services for its fleet of vehicles and construction-type equipment. Services will be performed either Off-Site (at Company's facilities) or On-Site (on City Property) as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The standard cleaning service frequency for most vehicles is monthly, however some of the City's departments encounter circumstances in which cleaning is required on a more frequent basis. Decontamination services are requested on an as-needed basis.
