MATERIALS TESTING & INSPECTION AGENT SERVICES
The Town of Agawam invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Materials Testing & Inspection Agent Services for the Agawam High School construction project.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) package may be obtained starting Wednesday, May 28, 2025, upon request by contacting the Owner’s Project Manager via email (

above no later than 12:00PM, Friday, June 20, 2025. Non-price proposal and price proposal must be sent in two clearly marked separate files as outlined in the RFP. Any proposal not received in this manner will be rejected.
The Town of Agawam reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the Town.
