Funding will be issued via issuance of funded call orders issued against the BPA. Determination of price fair and reasonableness will be determined at the call order level.

The USCG Operational Logistics Command (LOGCOM), Regional Contracting Southeast Branch (LOG-93) will be the procuring entity for this effort. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government.
