Overview
Summary

Richland County is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive title and clearing and filing services for manufactured homes that were previously conveyed by the County to eligible households under the 2015 HUD Disaster Relief Program. These homes were already qualified under the program, and this solicitation does not involve new residential titling or the acquisition of additional properties. The selected vendor will focus solely on resolving existing title issues and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) regulations and Richland County’s Grants Department and other relevant cross-sectional requirements.
