The City of Irving (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to assist the Police Department and City staff in the review, evaluation, and negotiation of a contract for a fully integrated
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Jail Management System (JMS)
.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held to provide an overview of the solicitation. Attendance is optional and is not required in order to submit a proposal.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications under Contents of Proposal.
