REVISED Event Center Indoor Arena Footing Replacement Project at: San Miguel County Fairgrounds

San Miguel County is requesting proposals and accepting sealed bids from experienced contractors to remove the existing footingand fencing, grade arena, install new footing and re-install fencing in the Indoor Arena/Event Center at the Fairgrounds; and as described in the scope of work below.

The targeted project start date is March 15, 2025. The project completion date is no later than March 31, 2025

A mandatory pre-bid site visit/conference will be held by appointment with DeeAnna Burbridge, Fairgrounds Coordinator (970-327-4321). It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange for the pre-bid conference appointment. The appointments will be held during the weeks of February 10 through February 21 with a deadline of February 21. The purpose of this pre-bid conference will be to discuss and clarify the scope of work.

Bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid site visit/conference. Sealed bids will be opened and read by staff following the bid submission deadline. Bidders will be subsequently notified after the successful bidder has been determined.
