General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:




  • The Government shall have access to the premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Space must be contiguous on one floor.

  • Two (2) reserved parking spaces on-site preferred. If on-site is not available, building entrance must be within a walkable half mile (0.5) distance from a 24/7 access parking facility.

  • Space to be located within a walkable 1.1 miles from a public transit, but not immediately adjacent to an elevated or outside train line, with a minimum setback of 350 ft. from an elevated or outside train line.

  • Cooling for the IT closet may be provided by airflow via air intake vent and louvers on the door.

  • Agency is assigned a Facility Security Requirements Level II.

  • The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.

  • The offered space must meet or be capable of meeting Government requirements for Security, Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS).

  • Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design.

  • At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.

  • Subleases are not acceptable.





Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).





Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
