Package 07A - Metal Panels (Re-bidding) Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Renovations project will be accepting sealed re-bids from prequalified bidders at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412 and immediately opening and reading bids thereafter. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any proposals.
