Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for CDBG-DR Single Family Housing Repair and Replacement Program

Project Description: Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for several projects collectively referred to as the County’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Single Family Housing Repair and Replacement Program (Single Family Residences: 1-4 Units). The contract award will have a six (6) year term. Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to award to multiple firms.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in EUNA, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 8 of the RFP Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
