2023 CDBG Curb Ramp Installation

Project Description: The Work to be completed under this contract includes the installation of concrete curb ramps at eight (8) locations in the Borough, as shown in the Drawings in accordance with the current ADA/PennDOT regulations, hot thermoplastic crosswalk installation, and related mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic, erosion and sediment control, grading, seeding, and restoration. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408, PennDOT Publication 72 RC-64 and RC-67, and Borough Standards.
This Project is financed by a grant from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, under the administration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development. This project is subject to the prevailing Davis-Bacon minimum wage rates issued by the applicable Executive Order and Department of Labor for work valued at over $2,000.
