BID ISSUE: May 19, 2026 BID OPEN: June 4, 2026
The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for “Warehouse Reorder”. The City believes that the data contained in these specifications is sufficient for the preparation of bids. Requests for additional information will be considered depending on the bid time frame and the availability of the requested information. Such information will be submitted to all known bidders simultaneously. Solicitation opportunities are posted on Brazos Valley e-Marketplace at https://brazosbid.ionwave.net
Electronic response packages/bids, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to https://brazosbid.ionwave.net (“Bidding Portal”) until 4:00 p.m. CT on, June 4, 2026 . Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are uploaded to the Bidding System prior to the stated deadline. Bids not submitted by the time the Bidding Portal officially closes this RFB, will not be accepted by any other means.
In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 4:00 p.m. CT on May 26, 2026.
