The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Eisenhauer Road Northwood-Devonshire Drive Area Drainage Phase 1A (Pike Road from Albin to Brookside) project.

Scope: The scope of this project will include the following: install 10'x7' underground box culvert storm drain from low water crossing to trunkline from previous phase. Additionally, the low water crossing will be raised with a new 7'x4' box culvert installed. The existing channel will be demolished and the 7'x4' box culvert storm drain will be installed in its place. Pike Rd from approximately Albin to the just past the low water crossing will be reconstructed with new storm sewer inlets, sidewalks, and driveway approaches, with other related items. SAWS water line and sewer line relocations will be included with the work. CPS gas relocation is also included.
