The City of Palo Alto, Purchasing and Contract Administration, on behalf of the Electric Operations Department, Utilities Division request a quotation for the Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Electric Items:

Request For Quotes(RFQ) Number: 197359

The City of Palo Alto, Purchasing and Contract Administration, on behalf of the Stores Warehouse/Utilities Electric, a division of Utilities, requests a quotation for the Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Electric Items. The City reserves the right to award on an item by item basis or aggregate. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. The term of the pricing agreement shall be effective on the date of award and shall expire when all goods are delivered to and received by the City. This is a one time purchase.

The City will accept alternates for any item noted in this RFQ. If an alternate is proposed the information on the bid sheet propose alternate part number, proposed alternate pricing and proposed alternate lead time must be completed. And a data sheet for the proposed alternate must be submitted with this RFQ. If this information is not completed and a data sheet not submitted with this RFQ the item will not be evaluated.

The City of Palo Alto owns and operates all of its own Utilities. Water, Gas, Wastewater, Electric and Water Quality Control Plant. We need access to parts for any repair, Maintenance or new service required.
