This contract is an agreement to furnish the chemical(s) listed in the bid blank at stated unit prices when requested by the Owner, defined as the Greene County Board of Commissioners or the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (collectively known as “County”). The County reserves the right to award any or all or parts of this bid and make a non-exclusive award. Conditional bids with restrictions may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the County.

Qualifications:

Bids shall be submitted electronically via Bid Express https://www.bidexpress.com/solicitations or if submitted via hard copy the Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as “2025-1 WTP Antiscalant” and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds. Any proposals deemed non-compliant shall be rejected. The Greene County Board of Commissioners is tax-exempt.
The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
