Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) procurement

The Emergency Response & Spill Prevention Division uses Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) when responding to emergencies involving toxic, unknown, or low oxygen environments. These are necessary to protect the health and safety of our responders and are required by OSHA for personnel performing such activities.
