TOS - Task Order Solicitation
Description
The consultant will conduct analysis and outreach to assist in developing the “Speed Safety System Impact Report” and finalizing the “Speed Safety System Use Policy” required by Assembly Bill 645 (AB 645) as part of the Speed Safety System Pilot Program for the City of Los Angeles (City).The analysis will inform placement locations for the speed safety systems. The outreach and analysis will assist the City in identifying impacts on civil liberties and civil rights and identifying measures to safeguard those rights. This outreach is required by AB 645 prior to the City’s adoption of the Impact Report and Use Policy. This work will also support the equity component of the Impact Report.
