The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Pro Storm Shelters, can provide the department with 16-person, prefabricated above ground storm shelters that meet or exceed all relevant national standards, including FEMA 320, FEMA 361, ICC requirements and NSSA guidelines. The contract period will be from Notice of Award through one year with one (1) optional one-year renewal.
