The Department of Human Services (“DHS”) is seeking a contractor or contractors to provide Outpatient & Emergency Care Services, as defined in Section III.B, at Warren State Hospital (“Facility”), located at 33 Main Drive, Warren, PA 16365.
DHS will award Contracts to all responsible and responsive bidders within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within a 60 -mile radius of the Facility. Selected Contractors shall be equipped to facilitate all consumers of the Facility. |
