This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for Flaring Machining Tubs and Flaring Beading machines, to the United States Air Force Life Cycle Material Command (AFLCMC). This requirement is for the supply of flaring and beading machines to ensure the AFLCMC can widen the end of pipes or tubes and to form raised edges or beads on tubes to strengthen various structures. (See Section C of RFQ for technical specifications).
This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Contractors for consideration must be flare and beading machines. This is a total small business set aside requirement.
AMENDMENT 01 - The purpose of Amendment 001 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions.
AMENDMENT 02 - The purpose of Amendment 002 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions.
AMENDMENT 03 - The purpose of Amendment 003 Request for Quote (RFQ) 47QSWC25Q0191 for the AFLCMC Flare and Beading Machine is extended umtil October 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. This extension is intended to provide all offerors with sufficient time to incorporate any necessary revisions based on previous questions submitted and subsequent government responses. No further questions will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and continued interest.
