The City is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to provide demolition and new restrooms on floors 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 at One Exchange Place per the Project documents and intends to award a contract for requested services as detailed in this RFP. The City will select the lowest responsible and qualified bidder, which is defined as: "the bidder whose bid is the lowest of those bidders possessing the skill, ability and integrity necessary to faithfully perform this work."
