Bid 25-1, Portable Generators
The City of Dyer, AR is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of two (2) portable diesel generators and manual transfer switch docking stations at three (3) locations throughout the community of Dyer. Digital copies of the bid documents are available at http://www.isginc.com . These documents may be downloaded by selecting the “Bidding” link and entering Quest Project Number 9809459. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online ISG Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the ISG online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Bid Form to verify receipt. All bids shall be received by September 3, 2025, 4:00 PM, local time by submitting a sealed physical bid to the City of Dyer address listed below. No late bids shall be accepted. The City of Dyer shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or for failure of proposer’s technical equipment. A public bid opening will be conducted shortly after the deadline at City Hall.

Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §22-9-203 The City of Dyer encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Dyer encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises.
Any bidder providing a service shall be registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State prior to the bid award. The City of Dyer reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
